Tearing is pretty bad in Fallout, but it's way better than all the mouse lag and getting sick. Editing vsync to off (iPresentinterval=0) in the INI file did wonders. This was the first FPS in a long time to make me file slightly naseous. You end up having to use your VC drivers to force it off (which still may or may not work). If anyone else has mouse lag/acceleration/nausea, it appears that Fallout 3 forces v-sync on, even if you turn it off in the menu. I can't believe that you only get a measely 20lb (BoS armour) boost to carry weight, if any at all, by wearing hydraulic/motor-assisted exoskeleton.Īnd where the hell is night vision or a directional flashlight? Only vault dwellers get a PiP-boy, so everyone else has to have a light making device of their own. Enclave is just BoS armour with less of everything except maybe damage resistance. Tesla armor adds to energy weapons and radiation resistance (looks awesome. I'm surprised that power armor doesn't do that much more for stats though. If I could carry everything, I'd just keep the collateral and keep going forever. I probably wouldn't use this mod though cause the only reason I go back to town is because I hit my weight limit.
